Job Description:

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

??????? Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety, an environmental discipline (science or engineering), and/or another engineering discipline from a recognized and accredited program.

??????? An advanced degree is preferred

??????? Minimum of ten (15) years’ experience in health and safety

??????? Minimum of ten (10) years of oil and gas experience

??????? Provide advice and consultation to department staff to assist them in maintaining a safe working environment in compliance with environmental/safety regulations, standards and practices.

??????? Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace. Undertake surveys to identify and evaluate occupational health, safety and environmental conditions.

??????? Participate in various process safety studies/activities, such as: PHAs, HAZOPs, JSAs, PSSR, SIMOPs, incident investigations, compliance reviews, or insurance surveys. Participate in or lead risk studies or conduct consequence analyses.

??????? Review engineering designs for compliance with company and industry safety standards.

??????? Conduct and coordinate on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices.

??????? Provide advice and counsel concerning compliance with corporate safety regulation and procedures.

??????? Perform construction site and/or area safety inspections of department facilities and operations.

??????? Perform work permit reviews, behavior-based safety inspections, job site safety compliance inspections, including hazard analyses and safe work procedures, and prepare written reports and recommendations.

??????? Should have a valid certification in OSHA or NEBOSH

Electrical Engineers : Qty 05 No's

Job Description:-

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

??????? Graduate Engineer with Testing experience in OIL and Gas especially in

??????? Hi-Pot testing

??????? Thermographic Inspection / Analysis

??????? Partial discharge test

??????? Provide day-to-day technical support to Operations and Maintenance Units to troubleshoot and fix electrical systems including reporting and documentation.

??????? Provide expert advice and assistance to design, construction, maintenance engineers and operation personnel on all matters related to electrical systems.

??????? Develop engineering conceptual plans for the new installation and upgrade projects including development of work scopes, calculations and detailed technical specifications.

??????? Review Project Proposals and Detailed Designs packages for new facilities.

Technical Advisor - Electrical - Qty 06 No's

??????? He must have a technical diploma in Electrical Engineering or above.

??????? Acts as ‘Specialist’ for this job family.

Provides mentoring to junior technicians and should have knowledge and skills to conduct ‘knowledge transfer’ for those who needs the knowledge.

Technical Advisor - HVAC - Qty 06 No's

Root Cause Analysis Facilitator - Qty 04 No's

Job Description:-

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

??????? Must have a degree in ‘Mechanical Engineering’

??????? Shall have ten (10) years of experience as a Reliability Engineer.

??????? Shall possess good analytical skills to provide a structured framework for analyzing the functions and potential failures for physical assets.

??????? Certified Root Cause Failure (RCF) Analyst and Good mentor and self-starter to transfer the knowledge to junior employees.

Preventive Maintenance Specialist - Qty 05 No's

Job Description:-

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

??????? Engineering graduate preferably in Electrical or Instrumentation or Mechanical.

??????? Incumbent shall have good knowledge of Plant Maintenance Preventive work with good communication skills both oral and writing.

??????? Must have leadership skills and should be self-starter and motivator.
