Cost Control Engineer
Qualifications:
Candidate must be a Bachelor’s/College Degree Holder in Engineering (Mechanical)
6+ years of experience in Cost Engineering, Cost Control, or Project Financial Management.
Preferably experienced in construction oil & gas, engineering, or manufacturing sectors
Proficient in cost management software (eg. SAP, Primavera P6)
Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and advance excel data analysis
Job Description :
Prepare cost estimates and develop project budgets.
Track actual vs budgeted costs; analyze variance and risks
Generate cost reports and support cash flow forecasting
Review change orders, claims and ensure expenditure compliance
Coordinate with teams on cost strategies and negotiate cost efficiencies
Implement cost control processes and ensure compliance with financial policies
Preparation of Payment Application
Review of Subcontractors and supplier invoice
Possess experience & knowledge in Contracts Administration & management
