Job Summary:
The role is responsible for planning, monitoring, and production control of medium-sized Oil & Gas projects (USD 20–50M), ensuring timely delivery, productivity, and efficiency. It involves coordination with internal departments (e.g., Planning, Finance, Engineering, Procurement) and external stakeholders (e.g., clients, subcontractors).
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop project work breakdown structures, control strategies, and planning deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, update schedules, and analyze performance.
• Prepare planning/control tools, reports, and invoice back-ups.
• Identify risks, propose corrective actions, and support decision-making.
• Supervise junior staff and support system/process improvements.
• Act as Planning Engineer/Manager when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering with 6+ years in project planning/control in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proficient in planning software and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English and computer literate
