Job Description:
- Prepare accurate estimates for plumbing, fire alarm, and firefighting projects
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data for estimates
- Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure estimate accuracy
- Develop and implement estimation processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in estimation engineering, specifically in plumbing, fire alarm, and firefighting systems
- Proven expertise in estimation software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
