Job Summary:
We are urgently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee projects within our team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Mechanical or Civil Engineer with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and challenges, and implement effective solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Manage project budgets and track expenses effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably within the environmental systems or related industry.
- Strong technical background in mechanical or civil engineering principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with project management software and methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Any specific certifications or technical skills that would be advantageous.
