Our construction firm is urgently looking for the following candidates:

1. CIVIL ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

- Review and ensure compliance of civil designs with project requirements, codes and standards.

- Oversee site installation, commissioning and testing.

- Conduct inspection, resolve non-conformance issues, and maintain detailed records of progress and testing results.

- Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, local regulations, and projects specification.

- Working on multiple projects at the same time.

- Innovate and consider creative solutions to optimize manpower, reduce costs, and save time.

- Review Civil design drawings and ensure their compatibility across various design disciplines (Elec, Arch, MEP).

- Assist in preparing variation orders and projects reports.

- Biddings pricing.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

- Experience: at least 5 years of experience in the construction field, KSA experience preferred.

- Software Skills: AutoCAD, Office Applications.

2. ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEER

- Review and ensure compliance of electrical designs (power distribution, lighting, low current systems, automation etc.), with project requirements, codes and standards.

- Oversee site installation, commissioning and testing for electrical systems.

- Conduct inspection, resolve non-conformance issues, and maintain detailed records of progress and testing results.

- Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, local regulations, and projects specification.

- Working on multiple projects at the same time.

- Innovate and consider creative solutions to optimize manpower, reduce costs, and save time.

- Review Electrical design drawings and ensure their compatibility across various design disciplines (Civil, Arch, MEP).

- Assist in preparing variation orders and projects reports.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

- 8+ Years Experience in the Construction Field (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)

- Fluent in English and Arabic Language

- Professional in using Microsoft Office Apps (Ex. Excel and Word)

- Professional in using Autocad

- Driving License

5. MEP FOREMAN

Qualifications:

- 8+ Years Experience in the Construction Field (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)

- Fluent in English and Arabic Language

- Professional in using Microsoft Office Apps (Ex. Excel and Word)

- Professional in using Autocad

- Driving License

6. CIVIL & ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN

Qualifications:

- 5+ Years Experience in the Construction Field (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)

- Fluent in English and Arabic Language

- Professional in using Microsoft Office Apps (Ex. Excel and Word)

- Professional in using Autocad

- Driving License

7. MEP DRAFTSTMAN

Qualifications:

- 5+ Years Experience in the Construction Field (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)

- Fluent in English and Arabic Language

- Professional in using Microsoft Office Apps (Ex. Excel and Word)

- Professional in using Autocad

- Driving License

8. SURVEYOR

Qualifications:

- 8+ Years Experience in the Construction Field (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)

- Fluent in English and Arabic Language

- Professional in using Survey Tools and Equipment

- Professional in using Microsoft Office Apps (Ex. Excel and Word)

- Professional in using Autocad

- Driving License

9. SAFETY OFFICER

Qualifications:

- 8+ Years Experience in the Construction Field (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)

- Fluent in English and Arabic Language

- Professional in using Microsoft Office Apps (Ex. Excel and Word)

- Driving License

10. DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Qualifications:

- 5+ Years Experience in the Construction Field (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)

- Fluent in English and Arabic Language

- Professional in using Microsoft Office Apps (Ex. Excel and Word)

- Driving License
