An MEP Site Engineer specializes in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within construction projects. Their role is crucial in ensuring that these systems are designed, installed, and maintained efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop MEP system designs based on project requirements.
2. Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
3. Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
4. Oversee the installation and upkeep of MEP systems, ensuring timely completion within budget.
5. Verify the functionality and efficiency of MEP systems before project handover.
6. Address any technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
7. Ensure adherence to local codes and regulations.
8. Prepare and present technical reports on MEP system performance.
9. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in MEP engineering.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
2. Minimum 8 years in the construction industry with expertise in PRECAST.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant software.
4. Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
5. Ability to effectively collaborate with project teams and clients.
6. Can join immediately.
7. Willing to be manage by our manpower supplier.
Salary Ranges: SAR 10,000 - 15,000 Full Package (including housing & transportation). The offer will depend of the candidate experience, skills, and qualifications
