About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead civil construction projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and a successful track record of managing large-scale infrastructure or civil works.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and finalize civil projects according to deadlines and within budget
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and scheduling
• Ensure project documentation, reporting, and compliance with quality standards
• Lead HSE compliance and ensure site safety at all stages
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders effectively

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management within the civil sector
• Proven track record in delivering medium to large infrastructure or construction projects
• Excellent command of project scheduling tools (Primavera/MS Project)
• Strong understanding of budgeting, quantity surveying, and contract management
• Leadership and team coordination capabilities
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
