Position: Country Head – EPC Construction (Civil Background)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Country Head with a civil engineering background and over 20 + years of diverse experience in EPC project execution, business development, and operations. The ideal candidate will spearhead our strategic growth initiatives in Saudi Arabia, ensure operational excellence across multiple high-value projects, and foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and government entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Project Management

• Lead EPC project execution from tendering to handover with full accountability for P&L, budgeting, risk management, and quality assurance.

• Oversee all civil, MEP, and architectural works, ensuring adherence to timelines, cost targets, and safety standards.

• Supervise project teams and liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders for flawless delivery. Supervise on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Oversee and manage all phases of the school building construction project.

• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Business Development & Sales

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand company footprint in KSA.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop business in EPC sector like Roads, Highways, Bridges, Water, Railway, Commercial & Residential Building etc.

• Lead bidding efforts, including preparation of technical and financial proposals for turnkey EPC projects.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, authorities, and strategic partners.

• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Leadership & Strategy

• Set KRAs for department heads and project managers; ensure alignment with corporate goals.

• Drive cross-functional coordination between engineering, procurement, commercial, and finance teams.

• Provide executive updates to HQ and manage high-level escalations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)

• 20+ years in EPC construction, with at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia or GCC

• Proven track record in project delivery, business development, and operational leadership

• Strong experience in high-rise, hotel, and large-scale infrastructure projects

• Familiar with Saudi regulatory, bidding, and contracting practices

• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
