This position "Project Coordinator" is responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents mainly related to the different projects.
• Arrange the Design documents for submittal with covering sheet and other related documents according to customer requirement.
• Maintain the records of Drawings and Catalogues.
• Upload the documents customer portal.
• Prepare and submit SPDP documents
• Collaborate with engineers and clients for submittals and approval
• Follow all safety instructions.
• Follows all applicable procedures and work instructions.
Eligibility:
• Associates Degree/Diploma in or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• A highly organized and detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in document control and administrative/clerical support
• Skilled in managing and maintaining documents, organizing and filing records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.
• Must possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standard of conduct from self and others.
• 2-3 years’ experience in same field is preferred.
Remuneration & Benefits:
Salary upto SAR 2800/month. Accommodation & Transportation will be provided by the company. Medical Health Insurance will be provided as per the company policy.
48hours and 06 days a week.
21 days Annual Paid Leaves.
Air Ticket once a year.
