Job Title: Site Manager
Department: Valet Parking, Car Wash, and Golf Cart Service
Location: Jeddah
Reports to: Operations Manager / Area Manager
Job Purpose:
The Site Manager is responsible for the overall management and efficient operation of valet parking, car wash, and golf cart services at the designated site. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, optimal staff performance, client satisfaction, and adherence to company standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
Oversee daily operations of valet parking, car wash, and golf cart services.
Ensure timely and professional service delivery across all service categories.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and service quality.
Monitor equipment and vehicle conditions, scheduling regular maintenance as needed.
Team Management:
Supervise, schedule, and coordinate staff across all services.
Conduct daily briefings, assign tasks, and ensure team compliance with operational protocols.
Train and coach employees on customer service, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
Customer Service:
Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients and guests.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure that all services are delivered with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
Administration & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, customer feedback, and service reports.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational and performance reports to management.
Monitor inventory and request supplies or equipment as needed.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Enforce company policies and procedures.
Conduct safety drills and risk assessments regularly.
Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree/diploma in hospitality or operations management is a plus.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in valet parking, car wash, or related services.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in basic MS Office applications and reporting tools.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
