Key Accountabilities
Create comprehensive quality control and assurance plans that outline the project's quality objectives, standards, and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections of construction activities, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
Implement quality assurance procedures to verify that construction processes and practices meet quality requirements and adhere to best practices.
Coordinat with testing laboratories and performing on-site testing of construction materials and components to verify their quality and performance.
Identify non-conformities, defects, or deviations from quality standards and working with project teams to develop corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken, and preparing quality reports for project management and stakeholders.
Provide training and guidance to project personnel on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices to ensure consistent compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that materials and workmanship meet quality requirements and resolving any quality-related issues that arise.
Monitor quality performance metrics, analyzing trends, and implementing process improvements to enhance overall project quality and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, quality standards, and contractual requirements throughout the construction project.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Key Job Specification
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.
Skills: ITPs Creation, Checklists, MOS & Project Quality Plan.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
