Sales Engineer Required in Saudi

High Technology & Contracting Co., Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Engineer with a strong technical understanding of non-metallic piping systems to join our dynamic sales team in Al Khobar. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs, and providing tailored non-metallic piping solutions. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a passion for technical sales.


Responsibilities:


Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory and market segments. ?

Identify and qualify new sales opportunities by actively prospecting and networking within relevant industries (e.g., oil & gas, chemical processing, water treatment, infrastructure).

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, including engineers, procurement managers, and project stakeholders.

Conduct thorough technical presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our non-metallic piping solutions.

Understand client technical requirements and collaborate with internal engineering and technical teams to develop and propose optimal solutions.

Prepare and present compelling technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.

Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to meet revenue and profitability goals.

Provide ongoing technical support and after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in non-metallic piping technologies.

Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM systems.

Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to network and generate leads.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field) is highly preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the non-metallic piping industry (e.g., FRP, PVC, CPVC, HDPE, PPH, PVDF).

Strong technical knowledge of non-metallic piping materials, applications, installation practices, and relevant industry standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO).

Established network of contacts within relevant industries in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia is a significant advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
