**Job Summary:**
The Document Controller will be responsible for managing and maintaining all company documents, ensuring they are organized, accessible, and compliant with internal and external regulations. This role is essential to facilitate efficient communication and document flow across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain and manage electronic and paper document filing systems to ensure organization and retrieval efficiency.
- Ensure that all documents are accurately labeled, version-controlled, and archived according to company procedures.
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness and assist with the preparation of technical documents and reports.
- Implement and enforce document control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to collect, generate, and distribute documents as needed.
- Train employees on document control processes and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits of document control systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Coordinate the distribution of controlled documents and track changes and updates.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in document control or records management, preferably in [your industry/sector].
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards relevant to document control is a plus.
