Key Responsibilities
1. Production Planning & Optimization
Develop and improve fabrication processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
Plan production schedules to meet deadlines while minimizing waste.
Implement lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
2. Technical Supervision
Oversaw cutting, welding, bending, and assembly operations.
Troubleshoot issues in CNC machining, laser cutting, or robotic welding.
Ensure proper use of tools (e.g., plasma cutters, press brakes).
3. Cost & Resource Management
Monitor material usage and reduce scrap.
Evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades.
4. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in steel fabrication techniques (welding, machining, forming).
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Tekla software.
Familiarity with CNC programming and automation.
5. Analytical Skills:
Root cause analysis for defects/delays.
6. Soft Skills:
Leadership and team management.
Problem-solving and decision-making.
