We have an opening for an experienced Architect Engineer with a strong background in hospitality design to lead our architectural projects.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing luxurious and functional spaces that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop architectural plans, elevations, and sections for hospitality projects.
2. Collaborate with the Owner to understand their vision and requirements.
3. Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies.
4. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
5. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
6. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or relevant field.
2. Proven experience in hospitality design (hotels, resorts, restaurants).
3. Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability principles.
4. Excellent design, communication, and project management skills.
5. Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., Autodesk, Revit, SketchUp).
