Madar Specialised Contracting Company is seeking a skilled and highly experienced Finishing Supervisor to oversee interior and exterior finishing works for residential and commercial buildings.

Finishing Supervisor – Interior & Exterior Works

Key Responsibilities:
• Full supervision of finishing works across all phases (plumbing, electrical, plastering, painting, flooring, gypsum, carpentry, aluminum, etc.).
• Ensure that all work is executed according to approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and monitor on-site progress.
• Manage on-site teams and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management.
• Oversee the handover and acceptance of work from/to relevant parties as per the schedule.

Qualifications & Experience Required:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finishing works (experience in villa and residential projects is preferred).
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Proven leadership in managing site teams and ensuring quality control.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills on site.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering is preferred.
• Valid driving license (if the job requires travel between sites).
