We are a reputable construction company seeking a Civil Project Manager with proven experience in managing medium to large-scale construction projects in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, site coordination, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of civil construction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
Manage site teams and monitor daily progress.
Prepare project schedules, reports, and cost estimates.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
4–5 years of relevant experience in the Gulf.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and legal regulations.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
