Position Overview:

We are hiring experienced Civil Engineers and Architect Engineers to contribute to our diverse portfolio of projects. The ideal candidates will have a strong technical background, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Civil Engineer:

Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of civil engineering projects, including marine structures, infrastructure, and buildings.

Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations.

Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and project requirements.

Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

Architect Engineer:

Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Create 2D/3D models, renderings, and presentations to communicate design ideas.

Ensure designs meet aesthetic, functional, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, and clients to integrate architectural designs into overall project plans.

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or architectural design and project execution.

Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD, or similar tools).

Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s building codes, regulations, and standards.

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Valid transferable Iqama (for non-Saudi candidates).
