We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to coordinate and implement mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
• Look after MEP systems for building projects, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Prepare and review MEP design calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct inspections and testing to verify system performance and compliance.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with company quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
Qualification & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
• 5+ Years’ experience as a MEP engineer in construction contracting companies.
• Proven experience in MEP engineering design and project management.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in MEP design software (e.g., Autodesk, Revit, AutoCAD).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
