• Identify and quantify material, labor, and equipment requirements.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for bidding.
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams for data gathering and clarifications.
• Ensure estimates comply with industry codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Support cost control and project planning teams as needed.
• Invoice & Payament follow up suppliers and customers
• Skilled in accounting concepts.
