A leading General Contracting company, [Golden Obelisk], is seeking to hire a highly organized and experienced Document Controller with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the General Contracting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize all project-related documents and drawings in a systematic and secure manner.
• Ensure proper document control processes are followed in accordance with company policies and project standards.
• Maintain updated records and ensure easy accessibility to documentation for various project teams.
• Use document control systems such as EDMS, Aconex, or equivalent platforms efficiently.
• Coordinate with project departments to ensure smooth document flow and compliance.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Document Controller within the General Contracting sector.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Solid knowledge of electronic document management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
