Job Title Document Controller– Testing & Commissioning & Hand-Over

Location Yandbu & Madinah,KSA
Qualifications "Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Proficient in MS Office, Aconex, Procore, or other document management systems
Familiarity with MEP systems, QA/QC procedures, and commissioning workflows "
Experience Minimum 5 years in document control roles, with exposure to testing, commissioning, and handover documentation
Key Responsibilities "Manage and organize documentation for testing, commissioning, and handover phases
Ensure timely submission of reports, checklists, and certificates to consultants and clients
Maintain document logs, trackers, and transmittals for QA/QC and commissioning teams
Coordinate with site engineers, QA/QC, and commissioning teams for document updates
Prepare and compile final handover packages including O&M manuals, test reports, and approvals"
Requirement "Candidate should have valid Iqama ID minimum 3 months 2025
