Job Opportunity:
Interior Finishing Engineer (2) & Supervisory Engineer (2)
We are hiring experienced Interior Finishing Engineers and Supervisory Engineers with 5 + years of expertise in interior finishing, decoration, and furnishing. Selected candidates will lead and execute final stages of interior construction projects, ensuring all finishes and furnishings meet top-quality standards.
Job Summary:
Manage and perform the installation of decorative finishes such as moldings, wall panels, flooring, ceilings, furniture, and fixtures. Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet specifications. This role requires strong teamwork as all selected engineers and supervisors will collaborate closely to successfully complete projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and install interior finishes (moldings, panels, ceilings, flooring, etc.)
• Supervise furniture and fixture installations according to design specs
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot finishing issues
• Ensure safety and quality compliance
• Provide progress reports to project stakeholders
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in interior finishing and fit-out works
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or Architecture
• Proficient in reading and executing technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and installation techniques
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
• Experience with hotel or palace interiors is a plus
• Relevant engineering or technical certifications preferred
