We are looking for a proactive and driven female sales engineer who is fluent in Arabic and English and holds a valid KSA driving license for a construction company based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in construction and maintenance industry.
Fluency in Arabic is added advantage.
Valid KSA driving license is required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
