Civil/Mechanical Engineer with 4-5 years experience in steel, stainless steel, and metal works fabrication, MIG, TIG, Laser fabrications, available to work in Riyadh, with the ability to:
- Prepare manufacturing/shop drawings for production and follow up to ensure top-quality execution.
- Meet with clients, consultant with high end dressing and professional looking after contract signing to survey the site and confirm agreed specifications.
- Set project timelines and ensure project completion within the scheduled timeframe.
- Follow up on progress payments regularly based on the agreed contract.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and prepare their payments after proper quantity verification.
- Direct technicians efficiently to meet quality standards.
- Improve technician performance and monitor productivity regularly; enhance workforce through training or replacement.
- Ensure client guarantees and warranty letters are well managed.
- Proficient in reading AutoCAD drawings and using steel design software and Microsoft Office.
- Good English (writing and speaking).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Knowledge of factory machinery including laser cutting, MIG/TIG/laser welding, and press brake operations.
