Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Engineer with strong technical and commercial skills to manage client accounts, handle RFQs through online portals, and oversee the full trading cycle from inquiry to fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Saudi market and the ability to engage with major clients in a professional and responsive manner.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage online procurement portals to retrieve and respond to client RFQs.
• Analyze technical and commercial requirements and prepare competitive quotations.
• Communicate with suppliers to source appropriate products and pricing.
• Submit professional offers including technical documents, commercial bids, and compliance forms.
• Follow up on submitted quotes and drive negotiation to close deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and timely delivery.
• Ensure full documentation and compliance with client requirements.
• Develop strong relationships with procurement teams and technical stakeholders.
• Provide accurate reporting and maintain sales records and pipelines.
• Keep up with market trends, product innovations, and competitor activities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, procurement, or trading within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of the RFQ-to-PO process and trading lifecycle.
• Experience working with corporate or government procurement portals.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook.
• A customer-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in industrial materials, MEP, electrical, or mechanical supplies.
• Previous experience dealing with government clients or large developers is an asset.
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
