Core Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Saudi Council of Engineers registration preferred
- 8–10 years in mechanical engineering, with a strong focus on residential construction (housing, villas)
- Proven track record in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for mid- to high-end residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software (e.g., Autodesk, SketchUp)
- Strong understanding of Saudi Building Codes and international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.)
- Familiarity with project management tools and documentation protocols
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead site execution of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection)
- Review and approve mechanical drawings and materials
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of systems
- Resolve technical issues and non-conformances on-site
- Prepare progress reports and as-built documentation
