???? Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain ISP/OSP network infrastructure.
Supervise fiber optic cable laying, splicing, and termination.
Conduct site surveys and prepare technical documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently.
Ensure project compliance with safety and quality standards.
???? Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in ISP/OSP telecom projects.
Solid knowledge of fiber optics, cable routing, and OSP civil works.
Familiar with network testing tools and telecom standards.
