We have an urgent need for the following positions: (( ON RENTAL BASIS )) – REPUTED COMPANY

1. Civil Engineer:

a. Duration: 9 Months (Extendable)

b. Location: Near Riyadh Refinery

c. Mobilization: Immediate

2. Mechanical Engineer:

a. Duration: 9 Months (Extendable)

b. Location: Near Riyadh Refinery

c. Mobilization: November 2025

3. Electrical Engineer:

a. Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)

b. Location: Near Riyadh Refinery

c. Mobilization: December 2025

4. Instrumentation Engineer:

a. Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)

b. Location: Near Riyadh Refinery

c. Mobilization: December 2025

As for their qualifications, please see below:

-Bachelor degree in each field (or Equivalent) certifications plus 10 years of experience in related field.

-Tasks:

1. Ensure that the project is executed by the Contractor as per the approved Issued for Construction (IFC) design and

specifications.

2. Review and approve the Contractor construction schedule and monitor the progress to ensure that the project remains

on schedule.

3. Ensure Contractor compliance with the relevant Client and Saudi Aramco regulations, standards, procedures and

guidelines.

4. Assist Client in conducting regular meetings with all stakeholders, sub- contractors, Saudi Aramco and other entities,

etc., to discuss progress and issues related to implementation, and prepare minutes for recording and circulation.

5. Establish all necessary records and the procedures of maintaining/updating such records for the entire project.

6. Record the work progress, review, and approve Contractor’s invoices.

7. Monitor implementation of mitigation measures for the project, and update the Plan as per requirement.

8. Monitor construction work of each contract work phase.

9. Verification of surveyed maps and design vis-a-vis ground situation and make necessary corrections, if

required, subject to Client and Saudi Aramco approval.

10. Scrutinize the Contractor’s detailed work program and guide Contractor in preparation of supervision schedule/work

plan for each package.

11. Scrutinize construction methods proposed by Contractor including environmental, safety, personnel and public issues.

12. Monitor the construction method by assessing the adequacy of the Contractor’s input in materials, labor, equipment,

and construction methods.

13. Monitor the Contractor’s Quality Assurance system including verification of source of material and certification.

14. Carry out necessary Quality Control activities and certify that the quality of works conforms to the specifications and

drawings.

15. Assistance for resolution of all contractual issues including examining the Contractor’s claims for variations/extensions

or additional compensations etc. and prepare recommendations for approval by Client.

16. Assist in third party inspections, if necessary.

17. Prepare periodic project progress reports describing the physical progress of each work item, highlighting

impediments to the quality and progress of the works and remedial actions, to be submitted to Client.

18. Initiate a program of weekly/monthly meetings to regularly review progress, quality, cost, safety and other such

matters concerning the efficient and timely performance of the Works, ensure that such meetings are properly

documented and that minutes are distributed to all concerned parties.

19. Participate in the Testing, Commissioning and Start-up of the Project.

20. Participate in in Mechanical Completion inspection and walkthrough including performing the final inspection and issue

the snag list and Mechanical Completion Certificate.
