- **Team Management: ** Organize and supervise site teams, delegating tasks effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
- **Additional Responsibilities: ** Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall project success.

**Qualifications and requirements:
- Proven experience as a civil supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of civil and maintenance procedures.
