Store Keeper

Location: Projects Pioneers Contracting Company – KSA
Reports To: Store Manager Manager / Project Manager
Job Purpose:
The Store Keeper is responsible for receiving, inspecting, recording, and issuing materials, equipment, tools, and consumables at PPCO project sites or central warehouse. Ensures proper documentation, safe storage, and availability of items in compliance with company policies and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving & Inspection
Receive and inspect all incoming materials, tools, and equipment against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Ensure items meet company quality standards and report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
Storage & Inventory Management
Organize and maintain stock in a systematic manner for easy identification, access, and safety.
Ensure proper storage conditions, labeling, and preservation of materials.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to Procurement/Project Managers.
Issuing & Distribution
Issue materials to site teams as per approved material requisition slips.
Ensure accurate recording of issued items and update inventory records in ERP/manual system.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain up-to-date records of all stock transactions (inward, outward, and balance).
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for management.
Assist in periodic stock audits and physical verification of materials.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure that storage operations comply with PPCO policies, client (e.g., Aramco, NEOM) standards, and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store area.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Store Keeper in construction/contracting companies.
Knowledge of material management, warehouse procedures, and ERP/Inventory systems.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to coordinate with procurement, project, and site teams.
Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, ERP systems).
Good communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
