Requirements:
Age: 45 – 55 years old
Proven experience in 5-star hotels, luxury villas, and resorts (a plus)
Resident of Jeddah
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Able to communicate effectively with senior management
Available to start immediately
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise installation, testing, and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems
Review and approve mechanical drawings, designs, and materials
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Coordinate with contractors to resolve mechanical-related issues
Monitor mechanical systems’ efficiency and recommend improvements
