Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for civil works.
Allocate tasks to workers and monitor progress.
Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Inspect work to ensure quality and resolve technical/site issues.
Prepare daily progress reports and update the site engineer/project manager.
Manage manpower, materials, and equipment effectively.
Requirements:
Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of experience as Civil Foreman in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret drawings.
Good leadership and communication skills.
