Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site activities related to finishing works (plastering, painting, tiling, joinery, waterproofing, etc.)
- Ensure proper installation of precast elements and seamless integration with finishing materials
- Supervise subcontractors and finishing crews to maintain productivity and workmanship quality
- Conduct inspections and snagging of completed works
- Enforce quality control procedures and rectify defects promptly
- Ensure finishes meet architectural and client specifications
- Liaise with structural, MEP, and architectural teams to resolve site conflicts
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of finishing materials
- Communicate progress and issues to site management and consultants
- Maintain daily site logs, progress reports, and inspection records
- Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals
- Assist in preparing handover documentation and as-built records
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and project specifications
- Participate in risk assessments and implement corrective actions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- 5–10 years in finishing works, with at least 3 years in precast housing
- AutoCAD, MS Project, BIM familiarity, QA/QC procedures
- English required; Arabic or other languages a plus for site coordination
