Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from concept to execution.
Design, review, and oversee medium voltage (MV) systems, distribution networks, and related infrastructure.
Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and reports in compliance with industry standards.
Coordinate with procurement team for vendor selection, technical bid evaluation, and material approval.
Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including civil, mechanical, and procurement departments.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a strong focus on medium voltage and distribution systems.
Proven experience in procurement processes including vendor evaluation and material approval.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
