Responsibilities & Duties
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 Years experience as document controller and AutoCAD draftman.
• Ability to prepare document control log / transmittal/ letter/ minutes of meeting (MOM) / RFI Log/
• Drawing log.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite / Autocad / Pdf / ERP/ SAP software.
• Ability to Review and update documents for maintenance and quality control
• Handle records across various departments
• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents
• Managing and organizing digital and physical documents
• Ensuring document accuracy and version control.
• Retrieving and distributing documents as required
• Familiarity with document control software and databases.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and prepare AutoCAD shop drawing related to mechanical/ civil / electrical discipline.
• Ability to estimate BOQ (bill of quantity) from drawings.
• Ability to prepare materials requisition in SAP/ ERP system and tracking log.
