Massa Built Company is seeking a Document Controller to join our team for an ongoing construction project in Saudi Arabia.
Position: Document Controller

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, control, and track all project-related documents and correspondence.
Establish and maintain an effective document management system (electronic and hard copy).
Ensure timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders (consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.).
Register, log, and monitor incoming and outgoing documents, drawings, and transmittals.
Ensure documents are reviewed, approved, and properly stored in accordance with company and project procedures.
Support the project team with document submissions to consultants/clients.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Regularly update document status reports and ensure accuracy of records.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and project QA/QC requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Document Controller in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of document management systems (e.g., Aconex, EDMS, Primavera Contract Management, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English (Arabic is an advantage).
