Job Description:
We are looking for a Document Controller with 3–5 years of experience to manage, organize, and maintain company and project documents. The ideal candidate will ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to authorized team members.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all project and company documentation.
Ensure proper document classification, sorting, filing, and archiving.
Track and monitor document status and revisions.
Coordinate with project teams to collect and distribute documents.
Maintain document control registers and systems accurately.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field.
3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller in construction/engineering projects.
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Proficiency in document control software and MS Office tools.
