Quantity Surveyor & Estimation Engineer
???? Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
Assist in preparing cost estimations and pricing for tenders and ongoing projects.
Develop and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) with the technical team.
Prepare Breakdown of Unit Rates for main items.
Review and verify monthly progress payments in coordination with site engineers.
Track variations and update pricing accordingly.
Coordinate with the procurement team to align pricing with current market rates.
???? Required Skills & Competencies:
3 – 6 years of proven experience in Quantity Surveying & Estimation.
Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD (with the ability to extract quantities from drawings).
Basic knowledge of project contracts (Lump Sum – Re-measured).
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to prepare clear and organized BOQs.
Team player with strong coordination skills.
Good command in English & Arabic (written and spoken) is preferred.
???? Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
Eagerness to grow professionally and advance towards a Senior QS role.
Level : mid-level, no need for senior
