*Job Title: Site Engineer - MEP for Commercial Building Project*

*Description:*

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer - MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) to join our team for an exciting commercial building project in the Riyadh Province of Saudi Arabia. As a Site Engineer - MEP, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and coordination of MEP systems on-site, ensuring their proper functioning and compliance with project requirements.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Supervise and manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

- Interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and schedules, and ensure that work is executed according to design requirements and project timelines.

- Coordinate with MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.

- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to verify compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

- Collaborate with the project management team to address technical challenges, resolve issues, and ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with other building components.

- Prepare progress reports, work schedules, and other project documentation as required.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or related field from a reputable institution.

- Proven experience working as a Site Engineer - MEP on commercial building projects, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, equipment, and installation techniques.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software applications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.

*Experience:*

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP installation, testing, and commissioning, with demonstrated experience in site supervision and management.

- Experience working on commercial building projects in the Middle East region is preferred.

- Familiarity with local regulations and construction practices in Saudi Arabia is an asset.
