Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to integrate architectural and structural requirements.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design implementation.
Estimate project costs, prepare BOQs, and assist in tender documentation.
Ensure sustainable and innovative design practices are implemented.
Provide technical solutions for design-related issues during construction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Professional license/registration is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction projects.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools.
Strong understanding of structural, electrical, and mechanical integration in building design.
Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
