We are hiring a Civil Site Engineer with strong experience in culvert construction within industrial plant projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing site-level civil works related to drainage systems, culverts, and associated infrastructure within an industrial facility environment. The role requires coordination with multiple teams, including structural, mechanical, and plant engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute construction of culverts, stormwater drains, and related civil structures within the plant premises.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines.
Monitor quality of materials and workmanship; ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures.
Liaise with plant equipment teams to ensure safe working around operational zones.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Implement and enforce safety protocols in coordination with the HSE team.
Resolve site issues and report deviations or challenges to the Project Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
4–8 years of experience in civil execution, with at least 2 years in plant or industrial project environments.
Hands-on experience with culvert construction, site drainage, and utility corridors within confined or operational zones.
Familiarity with plant layouts, safety standards, and heavy equipment coordination.
Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings and interface plans.
Strong communication, team coordination, and documentation skills.
