Job description

Haykalat Al-Emaar Contracting is hiring an Architect (5–8 yrs) to drive end-to-end project delivery—concept/design, BOQ & estimation, and site execution—ensuring code-compliant, high-quality work delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Develop concept, detailed, and shop drawings using AutoCAD/Revit (preferably SketchUp/Enscape/Lumion).
  • Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates; support procurement and submittals.
  • Coordinate with Structural & MEP teams and suppliers; resolve RFIs and site constraints.
  • Supervise site execution for architectural works; enforce QA/QC and HSE requirements; issue progress reports.
  • Produce as-built drawings and support testing, snagging, and final handover.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Architecture from an accredited university.
  • 5–8 years of experience across design and site execution.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit; MS Office; (plus: SketchUp/Enscape/Lumion).
  • Working knowledge of local Saudi codes & relevant international standards.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills; field-ready mindset.

Salary

Determined after interview based on experience and qualifications.

Work Location

Company HQ – Riyadh, Al-Sahafa District.
