Planning Engineer – Riyadh (Mega Project)

Requirements:
Bachelor's in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
8+ years total experience (Min. 5 years in GCC)
Expert in Primavera P6, MS Office
Tunnel/Infrastructure experience preferred
Must be available on short notice
Local hire only (within KSA)
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare project plans with scope, timelines, and resources
Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently
Develop and maintain schedules using P6/MS tools
Identify risks & apply mitigation strategies
Coordinate with PMs, clients, contractors, vendors
Maintain accurate project documentation
Track project KPIs, identify & implement improvements
Perform other project-related duties as needed
