Lead Civil Engineer – Water Projects & Site Development
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We’re looking for a visionary Lead Civil Engineer to drive major water infrastructure and site development projects in the Kingdom. You’ll design sustainable solutions, restore environments, and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver world-class results.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design & execution of water and environmental engineering projects.
Manage budgets, schedules, and quality using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
Prepare winning technical proposals and support bids for government & private projects.
Supervise field works such as land restoration, drainage, and erosion control.
Mentor engineers and represent the company in client & regulatory meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years’ civil engineering experience (3+ in a leadership role).
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, WaterGEMS, EPANET, InfoWater.
Knowledge of ASTM, ACI, BS, ISO, Aramco standards & Gulf regulations.
Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers; PMP/PRINCE2 or similar certifications are a plus.
Excellent English & Arabic communication skills.
