We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in high-rise building construction. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience exclusively in high-rise projects and demonstrate in-depth technical expertise in:
HVAC Systems (Chillers, FAHUs, VRF, Duct Design, etc.)
Plumbing Systems (Water supply, drainage, sump pumps, STP, etc.)
Fire Fighting Systems (Wet riser, sprinkler systems, pump rooms, NFPA standards)
Key Responsibilities:
Review and approve mechanical shop drawings and material submittals
Coordinate with design consultants, architects, and MEP contractors
Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, SMACNA, and local codes
Supervise site installation, testing, and commissioning
Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and inspection requests
Participate in project meetings and provide technical inputs
Ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met
