Role Summary
Responsible for preparing and comparing BOQs, reviewing civil/architectural drawings, analyzing market rates, and managing project cost control. Ensures accurate estimation, competitive pricing, and compliance with Saudi regulations.

Key Duties
Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from civil/architectural drawings.
Conduct BOQ comparisons across contractor quotations.
Analyze and update market rates for materials, labor, and subcontracted works.
Review and certify contractor invoices, variations, and claims.
Support tendering, bid evaluation, negotiations, and contract documentation.
Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and financial reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying (preferred) or Civil Engineering with QS specialization.
3–7 years’ QS experience in KSA/GCC.
Strong expertise in BOQ preparation, comparisons, and market rate analysis.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software.
Saudi Council of Engineers registration (or eligibility).
Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Saudi procurement law is an advantage.
