URGETNT REQUERMENT FOR RIYADH PROJECT

1. PMV inspection in-charge (unit head). Qty : 10 Nos.

Work Description :

•Conduct thorough daily inspections of all equipment and vehicles on site.

•Identify defects or maintenance requirements to minimize down time.

•Verify that equipment meets safety standards and operational requirements

•Maintain inspection logs and recommend corrective actions

•Follow up on equipment repairs and maintenance work

2. PMV Inspector Qty : 15 Nos.

Work Description :

4. Logistics supervisor Qty: 15 Nos.

Work Description :

•Manage tower light distribution with their team of two workers

•Oversee all logistics operations

•Ensure continuity of operations between day and night shiftis

•Maintain site security and safety during night hours

•Coordinate with security personnel during off-hours

•Oversee night deliveries and equipment movements

•Manage emergency response

•Ensure safe and efficient logistics operations

•Resolve logistics conflicts and resource allocation issues

•Supervise unloading operations and material placement

•Schedule and prioritize deliveries based on construction requirements

5. Logistics Technical Qty : 15 Nos.

Work Description :

•Provide technical leadership for the Document Controller and Draft Man team

•Review and validate technical accuracy of all logistics-related drawings and documents

•Ensure integration of logistics planning with technical aspects of construction activities

•Serve as primary technical liaison between Logistics Department and Engineering/BIM teams

•Translate technical requirements from various disciplines into practical logistics documents

•Develop standard templates and formats for logistics technical documentation

•Review and verify equipment specifications for compatibility with site conditions

•Ensure all technical changes are properly documented and communicated to relevant teams

•Prepare technical briefings and presentations for logistics planning meetings

•Support technical aspects of material handling operations and special procedures

•Identify potential technical constraints in logistics operations and propose solutions

•Provide technical input for logistics risk assessments

6. Logistics Foreman Qty : 10 Nos.

Work Description :

•Direct and supervise daily logistics activities in assigned plateau area

•Coordinate material movements and deliveries within respective zone

•Implement site traffic management protocols for safe vehicle movement

•Allocate and supervise loading/unloading teams based on delivery schedules

•Ensure proper material storage according to the material management plan

•Conduct daily inspections of material storage areas for compliance with safety standards

•Coordinate tower crane operations for material movement within their zone

•Resolve logistics conflicts and resource allocation issues at the operational level

•Manage the deployment of equipment for material handling in their area

•Maintain daily records of all material movements and logistics activities

•Verify material quantities during receiving and report discrepancies

•Ensure proper segregation of waste at designated collection points

•Supervise site cleanup and maintenance of logistics areas

•Conduct daily toolbox talks for logistics personnel on safety procedures

•Report logistics issues to Day Shift Supervisor and participate in problem-solving

•Ensure all materials are properly labeled and stored according to FIFO principles

•Coordinate with subcontractors regarding material deliveries and storage

•Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance needs

•Ensure compliance with the site safety rules during logistics operations

•Coordinate the movement of workers and material between work zones

•Manage logistics personnel attendance and productivity

•Maintain direct radio communication with crane operators and delivery vehicles

•Coordinate emergency responses for logistics incidents within their zone

•Ensure adequate welfare facilities are maintained for logistics personnel

•Report daily logistics activities and challenges to the Day Shift Supervisor

•Implement corrective actions for logistics non-conformities

•Coordinate with security personnel regarding material movements

•Ensure only authorized personnel access restricted logistics areas

•Implement weather protection measures for stored materials

•Support inventory management and stock verification activities

7. Draftsman : Qty 10 Nos

Work Description :

Create and update technical drawings related to site logistics

•Develop visual aids for logistics planning including site layout plans

•Convert field measurements and observations into accurate technical documents

•Maintain a library of updated reference drawings

•Assist in preparing presentation materials for client meeting
