We're one of reputed group of company located in 2nd Industrial city of Dammam. We urgently looking for an experienced and motivated candidate to join our team! As a "Supervisor – Mechanical Production", you will be responsible for managing and supervising our Production team and processes. The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of mechanical systems and machinery. This role includes supervising a team, ensuring maintenance protocols are followed, and troubleshooting when necessary. It is critical for the Mechanical Supervisor to ensure all mechanical equipment functions efficiently and safely.
** SUPERVISOR – MECHANICAL PRODUCTION
- Local available in Saudi Arabia
- Transferrable Iqama
- BS in Engineering (Mechanical) OR a related field.
- 5 years or above relevant work experience in manufacturing environment
- Prior Supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of mechanical engineers and technicians.
- Conduct regular maintenance and safety checks on mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare reports on mechanical system performance and maintenance.
- Train team members on best practices and new technologies.
